We are looking for a highly driven LATAM focused sales individual with a profound understanding of telecom related SaaS, OSS/BSS with regard to voice applications. This individual will need possess deep industry relationships with LATAM based telecom carriers.  This role will be responsible for working with all constituencies throughout the organization (from C-level, sales, service delivery and support) to develop, manage and optimize processes related to sales and sales management.

Job Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations (WebEx, teleconference, in person)
  • Maintain and develop in-depth knowledge of telecom related software, products and technologies; as well in-depth knowledge of competitors and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; including partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Own end-to-end process of tracking operational metrics and delivering meaningful insights to the business; plus define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Sciences or equivalent degree/experience preferred
  • 10+ years in telecom sales, proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Deep telecom, and telecom related software experience and expertise required
  • Project management and process improvement experience preferred
  • Exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills
  • Bilingual – Spanish and English required
